You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. mdk.asia cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
2. Store Wallet Terms & Conditions
mdk.asia provides an integrated digital wallet feature (“Account Wallet”) for a streamlined checkout experience, promotional credits, and processed returns.
- Top-Up Options: Users may voluntarily top up their Account Wallet using online banking, credit/debit cards, or other payment gateways supported on the platform. All top-up transactions are final and non-reversible.
- Non-Withdrawable Balance: Any funds stored in your mdk.asia Account Wallet—whether originating from a voluntary top-up, promotional credit, cash-back campaign, or a return store credit—are strictly non-withdrawable, non-transferable, and cannot under any circumstances be exchanged or converted into physical cash.
- Permitted Usage: Wallet balances can strictly only be used as store credit to purchase eligible products displayed on mdk.asia.
- Account Separation: Wallet balances are strictly tied to the specific user account under which they were generated or loaded and cannot be merged, transferred, or assigned to any other third-party account.
3. Reward Points Program
Registered users may earn loyalty points (“Reward Points”) through eligible product purchases, campaign participations, or top-up milestones.
- No Cash Value: Reward Points hold no intrinsic monetary value. Points cannot be turned into cash, cannot be transferred to an Account Wallet as cash-equivalent, and cannot be withdrawn.
- Redemption Rules: Reward Points may only be redeemed for discounts on qualifying checkout totals, specific promotional items, or rewards explicitly offered via the mdk.asia Rewards interface.
- Forfeiture & Expiration: Points are linked strictly to your personal mdk.asia account. If an account is deactivated, closed, or flagged for fraudulent activity, all accumulated points will be permanently forfeited. mdk.asia reserves the right to implement an expiration policy on unredeemed points with reasonable notice.
4. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
Your purchases are governed by our specific Refund and Return Policy.
5. Online Store Terms and Pricing
