1. Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days upon delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original, brand-new condition.
- The item must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging with all tags, manuals, and protective seals intact.
- Products can be exchanged for an alternative item or returned for store credit according to your request, subject to stock availability and eligibility.
2. Policy Exclusions & Medical Restrictions
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, strict exclusions apply to medical devices and consumables:
- Unboxed Medical Products: Any medical products or health-related items that have been unboxed, opened, or have their original factory hygiene seals broken are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Loose Units:
- Eligible for Return: Pen needles purchased in full, factory-sealed boxes may be returned or exchanged within 7 days, provided the outer box box-seal remains completely unbroken.
- Strictly Excluded: Pen needles purchased or supplied as single units (loose pieces outside of a sealed factory box) are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances due to sterility management and contamination risks.
3. Shipping & Transaction Fees
- Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees and any transaction fees charged by payment gateways or banks during the initial purchase are strictly non-refundable.
- Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds & Wallet Credits
Once we receive, inspect, and approve your returned item, we will process your refund:
- Processing Timeline: Refund verification and processing takes 7 days upon receiving the returned item at our facility.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued exclusively as store credit credited directly to your mdk.asia Account Wallet.
Important Wallet & Points Notice:
- Wallet Balance: Any store credit refunded or voluntarily topped up into your mdk.asia Account Wallet is strictly non-withdrawable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for physical cash.
- Reward Points: Points earned through purchases or top-ups hold no cash value and cannot be turned into cash or withdrawn. They may only be used for eligible point redemptions on our store.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please log into your WooCommerce account on mdk.asia, submit a request to our customer support team at info@mdk.asia with your order number, reasons of return, and clear photos of the sealed box.
